Located on August Street in downtown Easton, this property is part of Chesapeake Community Development’s small-scale, scattered-site approach.

The Laura House combines both affordable housing and market-rate housing, supporting Chesapeake Community Development’s mission of creating inclusive and equitable communities. Currently under construction, the development is scheduled to open in Spring 2025.
