Our Impact
When community development is done right, it is about coming together to take collective action and empower communities. We want to create a more vibrant, resilient, and inclusive society where everyone has access to resources and opportunities.
Community Engagement:
We actively involve community members in decision-making processes, project planning, and implementation to ensure that initiatives reflect local priorities and values.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
We work together to form partnerships and alliances among government agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and residents.
Equity and Inclusion:
We promote equity and inclusion through our scattered-site, mixed-income approach, which integrates affordable and market rate housing into existing neighborhoods. This approach promotes social inclusion and fosters diverse communities where residents have access to a range of amenities and opportunities.
Sustainability:
Our developments are environmentally sustainable, economically viable, and socially responsible to meet the needs of current and future generations.
The result is developing properties where services, housing, retail, and beautiful green spaces reflect the identities and needs of each unique community and flow seamlessly throughout one location.Â
