Chesapeake Community Development is leading the construction of Easton Crossing, which is located at the Perdue historic agricultural site in Easton. Partnering with the community, Chesapeake Community Development will create a vibrant multi-purpose space that will include a mix of housing, retail, and recreational space and will reflect the diverse needs of the community around it.

This project is currently in the exploratory development phase. More information will be available to the community in Fall 2024.
